Fried Chicken in Magic Flakes Breading with sweet and sour sauce

Note: I dont know how to measure the ingredients its up to you how much you like just remember the greater you put the stonger the flavor but too much is not good. sakto lng, tantsahin nyo n lng
Ingredients:
a. Marination:
Banana Ketchup
Mang Tomas Sauce
Fish Sauce (Patis)
Pepper
Ajinomoto (sodium benzoate)
b. Breading:
Magic Flakes (crushed)
Salt
Pepper
c. Main Ingredients:
Chicken (wings or legs what ever you like)
Oil
d. Sauce:
Onions (white)
Pineapple juice or Lemon juice
Marination Mixture
Salt and Pepper
Sugar
Procedure:
1. Marinate the chicken in the marination mixture for about 5 to 7 mins.
2. After marinating coat the chicken in the breading.
3. Put oil on a pan and wait until its hot.
4. If the oil is hot fry the chicken until golden brown.
5. Drain the chicken on paper towels
Sauce:
1. Put oil on a pan and wait until its hot.
2. Saute the onions
3. Put the remaining marinating sauce we just used earlier and stir.
4. Wait until it boils and add the pineapple juice.
5. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste and sugar.
6. Reduce the mixture until it thickens.
7. Put the fried chicken on a platter and add the sauce on top.
The Magic Flakes gives the chicken a distinct flavor and aroma. And the sweetness and sourness of the sauce complements blends well with the chicken.
